OCEANIDE has a large range of instrumentation:
- Motion measurement systems: Two contactless systems that allow the measure of the 6 DOF motions of one or several objects with a high accuracy. One of these systems is a real time one.
- Displacement measurement : Inductive and LVDT sensors
- Multi axis force measurement: Six 6 DOF balances including 5 submarine ones.
- Load measurement : Strain gages and piezoelectric sensors (flexion, compression/traction)
- Pressure measurement : Strain gages sensors for low frequency application and piezoelectric ones for high frequency measurement
- Wave and elevation measurement :Large range of resistive and capacitive sensors
- Acceleration measurement : 1 or 3 ways strain gages sensors (acceleration can be easily derived from the motions measurement with hogh accuracy)
- Current measurement : Propeller or Doppler type
- Wind measurement : Hot wire type
- Video recording: Aerial, underwater and high speed cameras.
If necessary, for specific needs, OCEANIDE can design assemblages of sensors in order to perform complex measurements. Finally, OCEANIDE has a large network of suppliers for the manufacture of special sensors.
